Golfnow.com Orlando is giving away two free passes to the Children’s Miracle Network Classic to anyone who books a tee time at any Walt Disney Golf Course. This includes both Disney’s Magnolia and Palm course, the two courses where the tournament is being held.
The Children’s Miracle Network Classic is taking place November 11th – 14th and the proceeds from the tournament directly benefit over 170 children’s hospitals throughout the country.
A pair of tickets are around $26 dollars, subtract that from $49 (average price of a Walt Disney Course tee time booked through Golfnow.com Orlando) and you’re getting a pretty sweet deal to do something you were already planning to do.
Last year, I played Magnolia, through a tee time booked at Golfnow.com about a week before the tournament was scheduled to start. It was the last day of play before they shut the course down and they had all the grand stands up and the course was pretty much in “professional” conditions. The contrast between weekend-hack conditions and pro conditions were mind blowing. The most traumatizing moment of the round was when I hit a good drive that landed in the first cut of the rough and I couldn’t locate my ball.. I eventually found it, sunken down into about two inches of grass… completely insane..
