Happy Memorial Day! I hope you had a great weekend and spent some time reflecting on the sacrifices many have made in service to our country. To celebrate, I’ll be giving away free golf all week long courtesy of Golfhub.com.
To enter, just become a fan of the Orlando Golf Blogger Facebook fanpage. Every day this week I’ll be giving away a $50.00 voucher for free golf on golfhub.com. The winner will be announced on the fanpage,, so be sure to check back daily.
GolfHub was established in 2006 and was designed by golfers to serve the needs of other golfers.
The name Golfhub is meant to illustrate the site’s ability to bring golfers together in one central place. The company offers a wide range of built-in community features, such as:

- Zero fee discounted online tee times
- Golf Forum
- Golf Blog
- Golf Event Listing
- charity tournaments
- golf clinics
- demo days
- & more
- Buddy list and messaging
- Golf Social Networking
- Member search
- Buddy list and search
- Customized member profile
- Personalized dashboard
- Golf equipment marketplace for buying and selling
- On-demand tee times
- Tee time email alerts
- Local golf tournaments
- Golf vacation planning and booking
- Golfer rewards program
The website is free to join and they seem to be constantly working on improving the websites battery of tools and site usability. Regarding the discounted online tee times, I booked a foursome on the website using a voucher I won in a twitter drawing and it was a pretty smooth process. There’s three categories of tee-times, full-amount due (online), deposit required, booking fee.
In my opinion, the best way to use the vouchers is on the full-amount due tee times, because they’re only good for online transactions.
Take a look, there’s a pretty good selection of tee times available.
