Maurice Allen Super Athlete and Long Drive Hopeful

Maurice Allen is a multi-sport athlete and Olympic caliber sprinter turned golf phenom. He picked up a golf club for the first time in June 2010. Below is a video constantly being shown on NBC News in Atlanta. The video features Maurice consistently hitting golf balls in excess of 450 yards and straight as an arrow off the tee.

Allen, who has been besieged by golf greats to join the PGA tour, has decided to first pursue his dream of dominating the Long Drive Tour and etching his name in the Guinness Book of World Records for a second time by recording the longest drive in history.

Allen has already written his name in the history books once for recording the fastest club head speed in history with an astounding 161.92 MPH. To put this awesome achievement in perspective, the average swing speed on the PGA tour is around 110 MPH.
