Dave, finally a posting I agree with! Maybe he did, maybe he did not. There are definitely many more logical outcomes than car accident = affair. TMZ does have an alleged voicemail recording today though, not good for him. Although, like you said, whether he did or did not is his personal issue and I cannot believe it is headline worthy. I am also quite annoyed at the time and expense the Florida Highway Patrol put in to this situation. If you hit a light pole and you were not critically injured you would receive about 20 minutes of total police contact, why should that be different just because he has a billion dollars in his checking and you have $27? He was in an accident, the only person injured was himself and property damage was minimal so why pursue it further? By remaining silent he may be doing what he feels is appropriate, I am sure he and his family are working on this matter diligently, he is correct to focus his energy on his family life, not on the validation of allegations made by those who are now in a position to garner a few dollars and their fifteen minutes of fame. If he were to be addressing this daily it would do nothing more than prolong the time this will remain in the spotlight. Public statements going back and forth between him and new sources or alleged mistresses would solve nothing. He will survive this just fine, Britney he is a world class athlete and appears to be a decent human being, everyone makes mistakes. Perhaps Spears will get married or pregnant soon and we can all forget about this.

You are dead right. There is a 10 page thread on our forum about this and it is absurd. The funny thing is, if it was not for the Enquirer article, nobody would care. The Enquirer? Really? I was going to read it, but I was drawn in by the martian babies that were born in the same issue.

Broke the law in what way? Driving without a seat belt? Do we demand to know about the other hundreds of thousands people who break this law every year? I’m not sure about this, but if someone does break the law, are we really legally entitled to know about it?
