		<description>Dave, this is interesting!  I have been working out for a while now.  (Well, not the last 2 weeks, I fell off the wagon and I am getting back on starting tomorrow).  

I started working out to lose weight.  Then it was to train for a 5K.  Then is was to rehab my knee injured while running.  Then it was to let out some stress.  Then it was because I like to feel strong.  Golf led me to change some of my workouts to workout my major core muscles more.  I will be following your posts on golf fitness and I will chime in, too! :)</description>
